FAQ’s Shipping and Delivery

Please note that all delivery times listed are estimated, not guaranteed. The USPS takes care of the shipping. They pick up orders daily, Monday through Friday, and all tracking updates are available on the USPS website.

For delivery delays, tracking Updates, or missing parcels, please call the USPS at 800-275-8777 to open a USPS claim online. For extra help, contact us directly using your marketplace messenger or our website messaging system. We check messages daily. 

Our business operates M-F; All Weekend and Holiday inquiries will be answered the following business day.

What if I placed an order with the incorrect shipping address?

If your order still needs to be fulfilled, please call us and message us the correct shipping information ASAP so we can change your address before we purchase your shipping label.

Once your shipping label uploads, most times, it is too late to make changes, and your order is already in transit, please get in touch with the post office and ask them to return the item to us. Once the item is back in our shop, we will contact you to arrange the cost of a new shipping label.

If you wish to cancel the order after the item is returned to us, we will send you a full refund minus our original cost for the shipping label.

Please be patient with the post office; Your orders go "Ground" in large trucks, and sometimes it takes days for the USPS to add a tracking update ;)
