FAQ’s Shipping and Delivery
Please note that all delivery times listed are estimated, not guaranteed. The USPS takes care of the shipping, gets the boxes from our shop, and delivers them to your shipping address.
For delivery delays and tracking Updates, please call the USPS at 800-275-8777. For extra help, email us at email@example.com; please allow us 1-day to respond (Weekend/Holiday Questions will be answered the following business day).
What if I need to change my shipping address to my new address?
If we paid the shipping label and the item is in transit, please contact the post office and return the item to us. Once the item is back in our shop, we will contact you to arrange payment for a new shipping label.
If you wish to cancel the order after the item is returned to us, we will send you a full refund minus our original cost for the shipping label.
