FAQ’s Shipping and Delivery

Delivery Times:

Please note that all delivery times listed are estimated, not guaranteed.

Preorders are available on or after the release day. (Subject to changes if the manufacturer experiences delays).

The USPS picks up orders every day of the week, M-F. The cut-off time is 4:00 p.m. All orders received after 4 p.m. will ship the next business day.

For delivery delays, tracking Updates, or missing parcels, please check the status Online using your tracking data. For extra help, contact us directly.

If your order is from a Marketplace like Walmart, Amazon, eBay, etc.., please use the marketplace messenger to open the chat.

Our business operates M-F; All Weekend and Holiday inquiries will be answered the following business day.

PREORDERS

Preorders will released on or after the release day. (Check Product Description for more info). If WBGames is closed that day, the goods will be ready for pick-up or shipped the next business day.

FAQ's

What if I placed an order with the incorrect shipping address?

If your order still needs to be fulfilled, please call us or message us with the correct shipping information ASAP so we can change your address before the unit enters fulfillment.

Once your shipping label uploads, it is usually too late to make changes, and your order is already in transit.

To Open a return - Contact us or do it Online.

Please specify the reason for your return. 

To return a box - Please refuse the item and ask the post office to return to sender.

Note:

Please be patient with the post office; Most orders go "Ground" in large trucks, and sometimes it takes days for the USPS to add tracking updates ;)
