Returns

Whatever the reason, you can cancel or return any order to us for a full refund or exchange it for something else. All we ask is that the product is still new in its original packaging and that you have proof of purchase, and we'll be happy to help.

Cancelling an order

If your order has not been dispatched yet, please open a cancellation request. If we can cancel your order, a full refund will be processed within 3-5 working days.

If your order has already shipped, and the tracking number has already been uploaded to your order, please open a return. (Once the item arrives, print your return label and send the item back to us).
