We Accept Returns: 30 Days:

**All returns must be in Brand-New, unused condition**

30-day FREE RETURNS - We pay for shipping costs 100% Money Back:

1. If you received the wrong item.

2. If the Item Arrived damage

3. Manufacturer's Error or Defect

4. Issues with the Listing Description

30-day WE ACCEPT Returns - buyer pays for shipping:

  1. Changed mind.
  2. No Reason where Seller is at fault.

We will send you a FULL refund after deducting shipping costs.


Zero Tolerance for Online Scams/Abuses:

1. If the Buyer returns an item that has been opened and its original content is kept, we will not accept the return.

2. If the buyer damages the kit, uses the item, and then returns the box in used condition, we will not accept the return.

3. We will not accept a return if the buyer orders books or boxes with online code access and uses the digital merchandise.

Whatever the reason, please contact us first and explain the situation; we are here to help you and work out any situation to keep terms fair for everyone ;)

We only ask that the product is still new in its original packaging, and we'll be happy to help.

Buyers can request cancellation If the item still needs to be shipped.


For USPS claims (Items lost, delivered to the wrong address, or damaged during transit), Please open a case directly with the U.S. Postal Service.

All Ground Advantage includes $100 insurance.

If your order exceeds $100, we highly suggest adding extra insurance to cover all your costs

Once the items ship, the US Post office is responsible for delivering on time and keeping your order safe.
