These terms and conditions (the "Terms and Conditions") govern the use of www.warbattlegames.com (the "Site"). This Site is owned and operated by War Battle Games. This Site is an ecommerce website.

By using this Site, you indicate that you have read and understand these Terms and Conditions and agree to abide by them at all times.

THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CONTAIN A DISPUTE RESOLUTION CLAUSE THAT IMPACTS YOUR RIGHTS ABOUT HOW TO RESOLVE DISPUTES. PLEASE READ IT CAREFULLY.

Intellectual Property
The logos and box images for all Games Workshop, Citadel, and Black Library merchandise are the property of Games Workshop. These images are allowed in the Retailer’s Network site to support the Independent Retailer's online operations of our marketplace channels.

All digital content published and made available on our Site is available only to support the online sale of each item.

Disclaimer: War Battle Games is not Games Workshop; we are an independent retailer located in Fullerton, California USA.

Age Restrictions
These miniatures are not suitable for children. Some Products include age restrictions. Adding these units to your cart indicates that you are of legal age to purchase and use this merchandise. In most cases 12 Years or Older.

Acceptable Use
As a user of our Site, you agree to use our Site legally, not to use our Site for illegal purposes, and not to:

  • Harass or mistreat other users of our Site;
  • Violate the rights of other users of our Site;
  • Violate the intellectual property rights of Games Workshop -The Vendor.
  • Hack into the account of another user of the Site;
  • Act in any way that could be considered fraudulent.
  • Post any material that may be deemed inappropriate or offensive or
  • For age-restricted items: by adding the product to your basket and completing your purchase, you confirm that you are of the required age to purchase this product.

If we believe you are using our Site illegally or in a manner that violates these Terms and Conditions, we reserve the right to limit, suspend or terminate your access to our Site. We also reserve the right to take any legal steps necessary to prevent you from accessing our Site.

Accounts
When you create an account on our Site, you agree to the following:

  1. You are solely responsible for your account and the security and privacy of your account, including passwords or sensitive information attached to that account and
  2. All personal information you provide to us through your account is up-to-date, accurate, and truthful, and you will update your personal information if it changes.
  3. You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you use our Site illegally or violate these Terms and Conditions.

Sale of Goods and Services
These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of goods and services available on our Site.

The following goods are most times available on our Site:

  • Games Workshop Tabletop Hobby Games, Video Games, Books, Accessories, Paints, and similar Hobby Products.

We are subject to Logistics and stock availability. If an Item is Out of Stock because our vendor does not carry the unit or is out of print; then the unit is not available. No need to ask when it will be available because we don't know the exact time when a unit will be available back in stock.

The following services are available on our Site:

The services will be paid for in full when they are ordered.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all the goods and services displayed on our Site when you access it. This includes all products listed as being out of stock. All information, descriptions, or images that we provide about our goods and services are as accurate as possible. However, we are not legally bound by such information, descriptions, or pictures, as we cannot guarantee the accuracy of all third-party goods and services we provide. You agree to purchase goods and services from our Site as is, as provided by our vendor(s).

We reserve the right to modify, reject or cancel your order whenever it becomes necessary. If we cancel your order and have already processed your payment, we will give you a refund equal to the amount you paid. You agree that it is your responsibility to monitor your payment instrument to verify receipt of any refund.

Third Party Goods and Services
Our Site offer goods and services mainly from third parties. We cannot guarantee the quality or accuracy of goods and services made available by third parties on our Site.

Subscriptions
Your subscription automatically renews, and you will be automatically billed until we receive notification that you want to cancel the subscription. (If applicable).

To cancel your subscription, please follow these steps: Subscription is month-to-month. E.g., If you cancel on December 10th, the subscription will cancel on the last day of December.

Payments
We accept the following payment methods on our Site:

  • Credit Card;
  • PayPal;
  • Debit;
  • Direct Debit;
  • Apple Pay, Google Pay, Digital Authorized Wallets.; and
  • Zelle - For approved Transactions.

When you provide us with your payment information, you authorize our use of and access to the payment instrument you chose. By providing us with your payment information, you authorize us to charge the amount due to this payment instrument.

If we believe your payment has violated any law or these Terms and Conditions, we reserve the right to cancel or reverse your transaction.

Gift Cards

Do not work for Pre-orders or Recurring Instalment Payments.

For products that require recurring payments—like subscription boxes or memberships—customers can use their gift cards for the initial purchase. However, they would need to use a different payment method for subsequent payments.

Regarding pre-orders, unfortunately, gift cards cannot be used for these purchases at this time due to the way the payment processing works with deferred billing plans. This means that when a customer places a pre-order, the payment is not processed immediately, which is why gift cards are not applicable.
