War Battle Games – Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with War Battle Games. Please review our 30-day return policy below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery under the following conditions:

  • The item is unused, in its original condition, and includes all original packaging, accessories, and tags.

  • Proof of purchase is required.

2. Seller-Paid Returns (Our Fault)

War Battle Games will cover all return shipping costs only if the return is due to:

  • Receiving the wrong item

  • Receiving a defective or damaged item

  • Missing parts or significant discrepancies from the product description

In these cases, we will provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you.

3. Buyer-Paid Returns (Buyer’s Fault)

The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs when the return is due to:

  • Ordering the wrong size, color, or item

  • Changing their mind

  • No longer wanting the item

  • Providing an incorrect shipping address

  • Any other buyer-related error

War Battle Games will NOT pay for return shipping in these situations.
Return shipping fees will be deducted from the refund or must be paid by the buyer directly.

4. Condition of Returned Items

Returned items must be in new, unused, and resellable condition.
If the item is damaged, used, or missing components, War Battle Games reserves the right to:

  • Deduct a restocking fee, or

  • Refuse the refund entirely

5. Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected.
Please allow 5–7 business days for processing after the return is received.

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Clearance or final-sale items

  • Customized or special-order products

  • Opened, used, or damaged by the customer.
