IN-STORE PICKUPS
Same Day In-Store Pick Up: Please wait for the email confirmation.
Preorders and New Releases Cannot be pick up the same day. We need to wait for the release day or for the merchandise to arrive to the shop.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Orders will be delivered with any of the following Shipping Carriers:
USPS Ground Advantage
- Ø Shipping Insurance up to $100
- Ø Delivery takes 2-6 days approximately, depending on your location
USPS Media Mail for Publications, Prints, and Books
- Ø Shipping Insurance is not included.
- Ø Delivery takes 3-10 days approximately
- Ø Checkout Provides Other Shipping Options with Insurance & fees
Amazon Shipping
- Ø Shipping Insurance up to $100
- Ø Delivery takes 2-6 days approximately, depending on your location
UPS/FedEx Ground Economy
- Ø Shipping Insurance up to $100
- Ø Delivery takes 3-7 days approximately, depending on your location
Orders over $45 qualify for Free Shipping
If the Weight and/or Size of your order(s) requires an unusually Expensive Shipping Fee, you will be notified and invoiced for the shipping cost before your order is shipped.
Shipping Fees May Vary occasionally, depending on our 3rd Party Shipping Partners' fees.
The customer must provide a valid delivery address, including the recipient's name.
INSURANCE CLAIMS
We use insurance claims for orders that are:
- Ø Lost in Transit
- Ø Damaged by Shipping Carries
The Insurance covers up to $100
EXTRA INSURANCE
If the Buyer wishes to add Extra Insurance, the Buyer needs to contact us and add a checkout note so that we can manually adjust the insurance coverage when fulfilling the order.
The cost of the extra Insurance coverage will be invoiced to the Buyer, and the Order will ship after the Insurance Invoice is paid.
HOW TO FILE A CLAIM
Most Shipping Carriers require 15 days in Transit before opening a case.

An online verification of the claims is needed
Please Provide Photos of the Shipping box or Envelope, As received by the Carrier, and the condition of the merchandise.
