War Battle Games – Store Policies
Order Cancellation
You may cancel any order before it has been fulfilled or shipped.
To cancel, simply visit your order details page and select Cancel Order.
Free Shipping
Orders over $45 qualify for Free Shipping within the USA Territory.
Preorder Policy
Products marked as PREORDER are items that have not yet been released.
We display the expected Release Month/Day in the product title and description. Preorder items are reserved for you and will ship once War Battle Games receives the new release merchandise.
If our vendor’s preorder stock arrives damaged, defective, or delayed, we will notify you only if your order cannot be shipped within 7 business days after the release date.
In this situation, we may:

Temporarily place your order on hold until new units arrive, or

Issue a refund if the product becomes unavailable
If your preorder has not shipped yet, you may cancel it at any time for a full refund.
In-Store Pick-Up
Most items are available for Same-Day Pickup.
Please check our Google Maps listing for current store hours.
Store hours vary weekly, so we strongly recommend verifying the daily schedule on Google Maps.

Preorder items will be available for pickup on or after their official release day.

Apple Maps may not display updated store hours—Google Maps is recommended.
Shipping Insurance

All USPS Ground Advantage shipments include $100 insurance for online purchases.

Some orders—such as books—may ship via Media Mail, which does not include insurance.
If you wish to upgrade shipping, please contact us or use the checkout shipping options provided.
Extended Holiday Return Window
War Battle Games offers an extended return period for holiday purchases.
Items purchased between November 20 and December 10 may be returned or exchanged until January 15, giving gift recipients extra time after the holidays.
Manufacturer’s Warranty
Some products may be covered under a manufacturer’s warranty.
Depending on the item, returns or replacements may be handled either through War Battle Games or directly with the manufacturer.
